Abstract

Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work motivation, work discipline, and work environment on employee performance at Waroeng Steak & Shake in Semarang City, both partially and simultaneously. The population consisted of 30 employees from two Waroeng Steak & Shake outlets (Majapahit and Imam Bonjol) in Semarang, all of whom were used as the sample through a census (saturated sampling) method. This study employed a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS software. The results show that, partially, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has no significant effect on employee performance, while work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, work motivation, work discipline, and work environment significantly affect employee performance, with an Adjusted R Square of 0.696, indicating that the three independent variables explain 69.6. These findings indicate that improving work motivation and the work environment is more effective in enhancing employee performance than the implementation of work discipline alone. The study concludes that improving work motivation and creating a supportive work environment are the primary factors in enhancing employee performance, whereas work discipline has not shown a significant effect in the research setting.
