Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived ease of use, security, and trust on
customer satisfaction among Wondr by BNI users in Semarang City. The population of this
study consisted of Wondr by BNI users in Semarang City. The sampling technique used was
purposive sampling with a total sample of 96 respondents. This research employed a
quantitative method, and data were collected through questionnaires. The results indicate that
perceived ease of use, security, and trust have a positive and significant effect on customer
satisfaction among Wondr by BNI users in Semarang City.
