Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of work environment, workload, and work discipline on the productivity of General Service employees at PT. Hartono Istana Teknologi. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. The study population consists of all General Service employees at PT. Hartono Istana Teknologi. Data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The results are expected to demonstrate that work environment, workload, and work discipline significantly influence—both partially and simultaneously—the productivity of General Service employees at PT. Hartono Istana Teknologi.

Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian diharapkan menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja, beban kerja, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap produktivitas karyawan bagian General Service di PT. Hartono Istana Teknologi. |
