Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of leadership, work environment, and work motivation on employee performance at PT XY Jepara. The population in this study is employees of PT XY in Jepara with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires and analyzed using the SPSS program. The results of this study show that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT XY di Jepara dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling.
