This study aims to analyze the influence of upskilling, work environment, teamwork, leadership, and work motivation on the performance of retail employees at PT Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk (Alfamidi) in the Solo Raya Area. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. The population in this study consisted of 122 Alfamidi employees, with a sample size of 100 respondents determined using the Slovin formula and purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis to test the effect of independent variables on the
dependent variable partially and simultaneously. The results are expected to show that upskilling, work environment, teamwork, leadership, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These findings are expected to serve as a basis for Alfamidi's management in formulating human resource development strategies to improve store target achievement through competency enhancement and a conducive work atmosphere.
