Abstract
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of workload and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable (Case Study of Salem Community Health Center, Brebes Regency). This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach and verification research methods. The population in this study were 45 employees of Salem Community Health Center, Brebes Regency. A saturated sampling technique was used, resulting in a sample of 45 respondents. The data collection method in this study used primary data obtained directly from respondents through a questionnaire instrument. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using SmartPLS software version 4.
